Hi, I’m Laura—founder of Quiet Minds Coaching & Hypnosis.
I help people create meaningful change by breaking free from the emotional and subconscious patterns that keep them stuck—like stress, anxiety, emotional eating, self-doubt, and people-pleasing. My approach is warm, holistic, and grounded in both science and intuition. I use a gentle blend of coaching, hypnosis, NLP, and HeartMath® techniques to support the mind, body, and nervous system—so change feels safer, deeper, and more lasting. You don’t need to know which method you need—each session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in healing and self love —the kind that happens when we gently let go of the past, release the emotional weight we’ve been carrying, and begin to forgive ourselves and others. So often, the habits we struggle with or the thought patterns that hold us back are rooted in old experiences—stories we’ve told ourselves for years without even realizing. I’m here to create a safe space for unravelling those layers. Through hypnosis, coaching, and compassionate support, I help people reconnect with who they truly are underneath the stress, grief, or old programming. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering your worth, reclaiming your peace, and moving forward with more clarity and lightness. It can be gentle, grounded, and even spacious—and sometimes the biggest shifts happen when we give ourselves permission to slow down, breathe, and simply be.
While I support a wide range of goals, my heart is especially drawn to helping women navigate the quieter, more invisible forms of loss—like a shift in identity, the end of a relationship, aging, empty nesting, or grief for a life or dream that never happened. These moments are often deeply felt, but rarely spoken about. My work creates space for that healing.

My own journey began after reading Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty, which sparked a deep personal transformation. I went on to train in life coaching and NLP—but it was discovering tools like hypnosis and HeartMath that helped me truly shift long-held anxiety, self-sabotage, and emotional overwhelm. That’s when everything changed.Now, I help others do the same—gently reconnecting with their calm, their confidence, and the parts of themselves they may have forgotten along the way.

More recently, I’ve been drawn to work that holds space for others in a deeper way, including volunteering with hospice. Even in this early experience, I’ve been reminded how powerful it is to simply be present with someone—no fixing, no pressure, just presence. That’s the energy I bring into every session. 

I’m deeply passionate about learning—the science, the subconscious mind, and the emotional layers that shape who we are. I’m also someone who finds peace in nature, kayaking, walking (especially in the rain), and meaning in life’s quieter moments. I love deep conversations, curious minds, and laughter.
