Most sessions use a blend of approaches, including hypnosis, along with coaching, NLP, Havening Techniques®, and HeartMath®.
Each one plays a different role:

HeartMath® helps regulate your nervous system in the moment, giving you practical tools to feel calmer and more in control.

Havening Techniques® helps reduce the emotional intensity connected to stress, allowing your system to settle more easily.

Hypnosis and NLP help shift the deeper patterns that keep pulling you back into overthinking and stress responses.
Together, this creates change that feels more natural — not forced.
You’re still in control
Hypnosis is recommended because it helps support change at a deeper level.
However, you are always in control of how we work together, and sessions can be done without hypnosis if that feels more comfortable for you.
