What we do differently
This approach focuses on the patterns behind weight loss,
not just the food.
Most sessions use a blend of approaches, including hypnosis, along with coaching, NLP, Havening Techniques®, and HeartMath®.
This allows us to work both practically and at a deeper level — helping to shift habits, reduce emotional triggers, and create change that feels more natural.
You’re still in control
Hypnosis is often recommended because it helps support change at a deeper level. However, you are always in control of how we work together.
If you prefer not to use hypnosis, sessions can focus on coaching and other techniques only.

This isn’t about cutting everything out or starting over every Monday. It’s about:
