What can you help me with?
I support women with weight loss and emotional patterns such as stress, overwhelm, overthinking, and limiting beliefs.
This work is especially helpful if you feel stuck in the same cycles, know what to do but struggle to follow through, or want change that actually lasts — not something you have to keep restarting.
Do I need to know which method I need?
No — you don’t need to figure that out.
I use a blend of hypnosis, NLP, Havening Techniques®, and HeartMath®, and the approach is guided based on what will be most helpful for you.
Can I choose a specific type of session?
Yes — life coaching, weight loss coaching, and Havening Techniques® can all be offered on their own.
Hypnosis is often recommended, as it helps support change at a deeper level by working with subconscious patterns. However, it is always your choice, and we can work in a way that feels comfortable for you.
Do you offer Havening-only sessions?
Yes — Havening-only sessions are available.
These sessions focus specifically on calming the nervous system and reducing emotional intensity using gentle, guided techniques. They’re ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or want a more focused approach without full coaching or hypnosis work.
What happens in a session?
Sessions are calm, focused, and practical.
We start by understanding what’s going on and what you want to change. From there, we use the most appropriate techniques to help shift patterns, reduce emotional weight, and create forward movement.
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes — hypnosis is a natural and safe state of focused attention.
You remain aware and in control the entire time. It’s simply a way of working more directly with the subconscious mind, where habits and patterns are stored.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No — you are always in control.
You can hear everything, move if you need to, and come out of hypnosis at any time. It’s not about losing control — it’s about working with your mind in a more focused way.
What if I’m unsure about hypnosis?
It’s completely normal to feel unsure.
Hypnosis is always optional, and we can work without it if that feels more comfortable. Many clients choose to include it once they understand how it works, but the approach is always guided by what feels right for you.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on what you’re working on and how long the pattern has been there.
Some people notice shifts quickly, while others benefit from a series of sessions to create deeper, more lasting change. This can be discussed after your first session.
Do you offer weight loss programs?
Yes — weight loss is one of the main areas I support.
The focus is not on diets or strict plans, but on changing the patterns behind eating, habits, and behaviour. The approach is built on small, realistic steps that lead to lasting results.
Do you work with stress and anxiety?
Yes — much of this work involves helping to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and shift the patterns that drive overthinking and emotional overwhelm.
Is this therapy?
No — this is not therapy or medical treatment.
This is a coaching and hypnosis-based approach focused on personal change, behaviour, and emotional patterns.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes — sessions can be done online, and they are just as effective as in-person sessions.
What if I don’t know where to start?
That’s completely fine.
