Hi, I’m Laura.
I work with clients who want to stop repeating the same patterns and are ready to change them — not just manage them. My main areas of focus are stress and weight loss, looking at the patterns behind habits, emotional responses, and the way the mind and body stay stuck.The work isn’t about diets or quick fixes — it’s about changing what’s driving those patterns in the first place.I also support a range of other areas, depending on what each client needs.Most sessions use a blend of approaches, including hypnosis, to create deeper and more lasting change. You’re always in control of how we work together — if you prefer not to use hypnosis, coaching-only sessions are available. However, hypnosis is recommended for deeper, lasting change.Havening sessions can also be booked on their own as a gentle, focused option.
