This is a structured, supportive programme designed around the psychological phases people commonly experience when reducing GLP-1s.
If you're preparing to reduce or stop your GLP-1 medication, this four-week programme is designed to help you transition with confidence while maintaining the healthy habits you've worked so hard to achieve.
Many people worry that hunger, cravings, food noise, or old eating habits will return once they stop their medication. This programme is designed to help you build the confidence, mindset, and behaviours needed to maintain your results for the long term.
Over four weekly one-hour sessions, we'll work together to:

Strengthen healthy eating habits and routines

Manage cravings, food noise, and emotional eating

Develop practical strategies for real-life situations such as holidays, restaurants, celebrations, and stressful days

Create lasting habits that support long-term weight maintenance
Research and experience show that lasting change takes repetition and consistency. Throughout the programme, you'll receive a professionally recorded hypnosis audio to listen to each day between sessions. This helps reinforce the new habits and thought patterns we're creating together, making healthy choices feel more natural over time.
This programme is designed to complement the guidance provided by your GP or prescribing clinician by supporting the psychological and behavioural aspects of long-term weight management. My role is to help you build the confidence, habits, and mindset needed to maintain your results and feel in control long after your medication has ended.
