Most clients work with a combination of hypnosis, coaching, NLP, Havening Techniques, and HeartMath.
This allows us to work both practically and at a deeper level — helping to shift patterns, reduce emotional weight, and create change that lasts.

If you prefer not to use hypnosis, sessions can focus on coaching and other techniques only.
Havening sessions are also available as a standalone option.

Havening Sessions
Havening is a gentle, neuroscience-based technique that helps reduce emotional intensity and calm the nervous system.
It can be particularly helpful for stress, anxiety, emotional triggers, and situations where reactions feel stronger than they need to be.
These sessions offer a more focused, body-based approach and can be a good option if you’re looking for something calming, immediate, or prefer not to use hypnosis.
